I have had several requests for me to post our favorite house plans again. Click on the following link and then click on House Plan 1. That is our favorite. We are going to take that plan to UBuildIt today to see if we can afford it. If we can't then I will post our second favorite.

Hey Jaime, Sorry I haven't responded in such a long time. I like your favorite house plan...very nice! I like that it has an upstairs so that there are rooms behind the dormer windows :) Since both you and Andrew want to be able to house people who need a place to stay for a brief while, here's a thought...you could always have an outside entrance into a basement that has a small kitchenette in it...obviously that's more money and perhaps you weren't going to put a basement under the house, but that way if you had a family stay with you for a month or so, they could do their own cooking :) Just like to throw more ideas into the mix, hee hee.
