The Dreams have Started

The night before last I had a very vivid dream. This also happened while I was pregnant with Abigail, so these pregnancy dreams have started.

I was giving birth in the same room that I had Abigail in (which may very well happen, actually). It was in real-time, meaning that I was having the baby that night, at 13 weeks pregnant. The baby came out and was fine (a girl by-the-way). The labor was easy and I only pushed a handful of times (versus over 2 1/2 hours with Abigail). Abigail came and visited our room and we snuggled. It was a very nice dream. I hope this is a sign of things to come, except I'd like the baby to stay in until at least 39 weeks.

K, I have to share my latest "birthing" dream. In it, I fell asleep (or became unconscious) after several contractions. When I woke up, the baby had been born and was several months old. I certainly don't want to miss any of the baby's life, though, sleeping through the labor might have it's perks :) It was a boy, by the way.

That is funny! I'm sure sleeping through the birth would be quite nice. Mine was just so easy. I think I pushed once or twice and there was the baby! :)
